We aim to dispatch all orders place by 13:00 GMT that day (Monday - Friday excluding UK national holidays).
Our delivery rates and estimated delivery time frames are:
UK Standard: 3-5 days via 2nd Class Post: Free
UK Express: 1-2 days via Hermes Tracked: £5.99
Europe excluding Greece, Italy and Spain: 5-7 days via Air Mail: £6.99
Greece, Italy and Spain: 7-10 days via Air Mail: £8.99
Rest of The World: 10-21 days (depending on destination): £11.99
* Please may we ask that overseas customers add a telephone number onto their order. In the event that your parcel is dispatched via a tracked service this is required by the courier. Import duty, custom charges and delivery surcharges may apply to your delivery country. The courier will contact you directly prior to delivery if charges apply to your order. Check with your local or national Tax or Customs office for further details as we are not held responsible for such charges.
Returns and Exchange
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if it is not suitable simply return the item for a full refund (excluded any delivery charges) or exchange.
Any item may be returned anytime within 30 days from the date of dispatch for a refund or exchange.
Faulty/ Incorrect Item
Unfortunately manufacturing faults do occasionally occur. In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item or an item you have not ordered please contact our customer service team on +44 (0) 1132 905714 and we will be happy to assist further.
Excluded Items
We regret that for reasons of hygiene, brief packs cannot be returned for exchange or refund once the original packaging has been removed unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Returning an item
If you would like to return an item please ensure that it is unworn, un-tampered with, and in its original packaging.
If you are returning swimwear for hygiene reasons please ensure that the gusset protector is in place.
Please return the item to us with an enclosed note stating your full name, address and reason for return.
We advise you to use a recorded delivery service when sending the item(s) back.

Return postage fees cannot be refunded unless the reason for the return of the goods was due to an error made by us. If the error is ours we will then refund postage costs up to a maximum of the postage price you originally paid on your order.
As with most online retailers goods returned after 21 days may not be refunded, although of course we welcome your custom. Please allow 14 days for refund to be processed and refunded to your card. We will send you an email to let you know when the refund has been processed.
