We are open for business and have put in place strict measures to protect and safeguard our teams. This means things may take a little longer than usual at present. Answers to most queries are in the information below.
Our customer service team is working hard to respond to customer queries. We have a limited capacity to answer phone calls at present, if you have a query then please contact us via e-mail. We are receiving high volumes of messages, along with processing peak volumes of orders due to the time of year and current circumstances, so please allow 24-48 hours for a response (Mon-Fri).
We answer emails in date order and reply as soon as is realistically possible for us to do so, within 48 hours.
We endeavour to dispatch your order within 1-2 days and you will receive an email dispatch notification from us - remember to check your junk mail!

You are welcome to return an item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Simply drop us an e-mail and we will advise how to do this.
Our usual business hours are -
Monday-Thursday: 9am to 5pm
Friday: 9am to 4pm
Weekends: closed (emails are answered on the following Monday).
Please note that we are a business so orders that are received on a Saturday/Sunday or Bank Holiday will be dispatched in the next 1-2 working days.
