Returns and Exchange


Try it on at home. If it does not fit simply return the item for a full value of goods refund or easy exchange.

Any item may be returned anytime within 30 days from the date of dispatch for a refund or exchange. All that is needed is that the item(s) remains unused and in as new condition with all packaging and labels intact.

So if it does not fit, the item is not quite what you wanted or you have just changed your mind, don't worry! Just simply send it back.

Please simply return any purchase with the return form. We advise you to use a recorded delivery service when sending the item(s) back.

Return postage fees cannot be refunded unless the reason for the return of the goods was due to an error made by us. If the error is ours we will then refund postage costs up to a maximum of the postage price you originally paid on your order.

As with most online retailers goods returned after 21 days may not be refunded, although of course we welcome your custom. Please allow 14 days for refund to be processed and refunded to your card. We will send you an email to let you know when the refund has been processed.
